Anybody recognize this landmark?

Until recently (due to economy) we traveled alot,all over Kentucky,the USA,and several other countries.So I have pictures from many places and always like to see who recognizes the spot or at least guesses it.Some are easy and some not as well known.
Here's a hint on this one,It's a well known landmark a few miles from the Kentucky State Line in a neighboring state. Thousands of surrounding acres were once owned by my ancestors and the town and gap through the mountains were named after my family:
