Thought about going to the pond and looked out when it got daylight and the deep end is covered in moss! Thought I would watch an old western at 6:00 but bye the time I got into that my 6yr old got up and has watched timmy turner ever since. The only person in this house enjoying a Saturday morning is my wife! I done fed the kid, made me and her an omlet and shes still asleep and I have to wait until 3:00 for the UL-UK game. Hope everyone else is enjoying their Saturday. If UL looses the game it will be my worst Saturday in a loooong time. Think Ill ask the kid if he wants to throw a baseball around so maybe not a total loss.
It is your best day so count your blessings AND foiled plans and thank God for each one.

God is sometimes protecting us when we just think nothing is working out. My experience almost two years ago was that I couldn't get things together for a trip I was taking to visit my brother. I spent three days waffling back and forth on which day I would leave. Finally when I decided to leave on Sunday, I packed the car on Saturday afternoon for an early morning departure but forgot to set the clock. When I awoke the day was half gone and I threw up my hands in frustration and swore I would go the next day. Late Sunday night I got that chilling call that everyone dreads; my brother had just been killed in an auto accident. If my plan had come together, I would have been in the car with him and most likely would have died also.

"In everything give thanks."
