It's rediculous that someone on here asks a question and people rush to throw their opinion out there which doesn't even help answer this quys question. I think Hershey is the only one to answer this. You do not need to license your trailer in the state of KY. Be prepared though as we drive to FL every year that even though they know KY doesn't require us it gives them probable cause to pull you over and check for other violations taking place. example open container, drugs etc. Carrying a copy of the statute is a great idea that someone said (sorry I don't remember who). If going to Canada or Mexico to go fishing you DO have to have license plate on your trailer.
