Most pontoon dealers can put you in touch with a seamstress who custom makes covers, tops, and full enclosures. I have a Godfrey Marine, Sweetwater, pontoon and when I had the boat made, I also had a custom full top (not bimini) and cover made. All the snaps match and fit tight on the cover and the zippers are perfect on the top.

I've had a couple made for my pontoon. By far best material is Sunbrella, strong and holds up well to the sun.

Call this guy in Louisville, Jason's Upholstery, 8216 Glimmer Way, 502-541-4846, or 502-368-2910. He does the work right, adds lots of reinforcements at stress points, and stands completely behind his work. Good guy to work with too. He did my top, I've had it 3 years now with now probelms at all.
