When I played we pratcied the same as they do now and all though we complained whinned and passed out no one every died. We had a great coach at Tompkinsville High School, Larry Moore. He ran us and pushed us hard but never to hard. Is it because kids nowadays are accustomened to air conditioning, no reg exercise, we all had to haul hay.tobacco etc in the heat, so did that make us use to the heat?
