Ky River and Buck Eye Boat Ramp

Can I please get some help with directions to the Buck Eye Boat Ramp on the Ky River? I will coming from Lancaster Ky.

I think you turn the next right on HWY 39 after you go through the square in town. It is about 11 miles of country road out of town. The highway will dead end in the water. What type of fishing are you doing?

Been with a friend who is showing me a little about the river and I really like fishing it. Been catching Sauger in the afternoon and a few crappie, but we are putting in on private property around Camp Nelson but he has permission, and I have not spoken to the property owners yet, so look for a public ramp until I can get permission.

Is this Buckeye Boat Ramp public? I don't see it listed on the KDFWR web site, so I assume it's not maintained by them.

Turn left at light at Jerrys Convenient Mart off of Hwy. 27 onto Hwy 39. Take it all the way until it ends at water. Good place to turn around as we just paved it for the county.
