Since Bush was in office for 9 months (same amount of time as Obama) when 9-11 happened it must be all Bush's fault right? He had plenty of time to get things done to prevent it didn't he. No need to answer because I know your answer already.

Actually it will be the terrorists fault. And it should have always been considered this way by everyone in the world regardless of party affiliation. And should not have been used to slander any President for political gain.
