Tyme, I cook for large numbers so here is a simple recipe I came up with many years ago and the kids I feed like this one better than schools. 30#ground beef-3#s hot sausage 1gallon KC masterpiece or your favorite BBQ sauce-1 gallon mild salsa....salsa is so much easier than chopping everything and adds all your onions peppers etc....feeds about 120.Made from ground Chuck, Chuck made it so where does Joe come in....Sloppy Chuck Bam....had to..lol try it you'll like it. just adjust to the amount your feeding at home or party.
