Fished the lake in heavy winds Saturday so things will change by the time you get down there, but lippless cranks produced 9 bass all in the 12-14 inch range off weed beds. A biologist was asking fishermen on the lake what size fish they were catching Saturday. Our small bass were under what others have been catching. It seems alot of 16 to 20 inch bass are being caught this year. Maybe a lot of the big bass are being taken out of the trees, but I just don't like fishing in the trees.
