Good Fish Finder?

Guys-
Looking to buy my first fish finder. I have it narrowed down to either a Lowrance x96, Lowrance x50ds, or a Lowrance x67c. Do any of you guys have experience with these units? If so, which one would you go with? Thanks.

i bought a new lowrance gps/locator in may. it worked for about a month,then the depthfinder went out. i returned it to where it was purchased. they told me they had at least 15 units to return. that was in june. i am still without a depthfinder. my advice to you: HUMMINGBIRD!!!
