We do well on the Ohio River for them at the warm water discharge at Gallagher Station.Its kinda dangerous fishing because of the barges that unload coal there. You have to anchor by those big metal pylons and throw your bait in the warm water .It is freaky becasue when it's cold out the water will have fog on it where the warm water comes in .We almost always catch a smallie there too .The shad really stack up there .Dec is when it gets really good ..Then in late Feb you can catch hybrids in the mouth of siver creek
