Hi Folks, I am new to posting here but have been an avid reader of the fishing board and the off topics since last fall. I grew up on the mighty St Lawrence River and spent many hours boating, fishing and swimming in it. Loved to catch perch and trout with my father. Could never catch any pike as they were way too smart for me. My father is long gone from this earth but I have fond memories of him and I going fishing together. It was really the only time he spent with me. My job was to collect the worms the night before. I am just a simple fisherman and just use a rod with a worm at the end. I also clean them up and enjoy them on the grill. I have friends in Ky so thats how I found your board. Enjoy the off topics board immensely as I learnt so much about American politics last fall with the election. That was very big news to the world and we were all watching. Have a great day out on the water folks.![]()

Don't listen to him Big Gills, lets get those Alberta Clippers coming NOW and keep them coming. Love to have the water temp at Dale Hollow hit 50 the first of November and stay between 45-50 all the way to March. Be a LONG AND PROSPEROUS FNF SEASON for me. Send them down here, get rid of them up there and I will start standing when they play the canadian national anthem.
Welcome to the board! See ya on the off topics!
