sounds to me like someone broke several laws, and may well find himself in jail, as opposed to the one who should be there, the guy who "tried" to commit the crime.

I seem to be in the minority here, but comitting a crime yourself is no way to handle someone who may comitt a crime against you!!!

Well Ironhead,I thought it was funny,and to the others I can tell you this,if some clown thinks he can walk up and rob me then he can expect me to stick a pistol in his face and shoot if necassary.Here in Kentucky there is a law called concealed carry that allows us to defend ourselves just that way.In Chicago Obama wants folks to roll over and play dead.
It's a proven fact that states with concealed carry laws have lower crime rates.
