    thats pretty cool its a shame they didnt choose a cool car like a lotus or something that would have been even lighter and faster.

    That was pretty cool. However , I believe that was an 1/8th mile track , and that electric motor has lots of torque to allow him to win alot. I believe if you put them head to head on a 1/4 mile track , that car would probably lose alot. I had my volume off on the puter so I could have missed something... still cool though.

    110+ quarter from an electric car. He was jumping off the line, that BMW he raced looked like it was sitting still in comparison. Pretty cool stuff, but I doubt you'll be seeing your average Prius doing burnouts.

    I thought the electric motorcycle was impressive, what a rocket that baby was. Sounded like a souped up vacuum cleaner.

    The hole shot the electric car had looked almost unreal to me...and in drag racing it's all about the hole shot and consistency. As for the motorcycle...the guys that race the bikes are half nuts...granted it's exciting to watch but dang!!
