It is rare for someone completely "innocent" to be incarcerated. I think this is one of those rare cases.

BUT if you go back and look at all the cases overturned recently with DNA evidence, you will find that a majority of the perps have rap sheets a MILE LONG.....You might not be guilty of the crime committed, but YOU'RE GUILTY none the less......

While I don't agree with putting someone away for something they didn't do, all these groups whining about putting people away for a crime they didn't commit should take a LOOK at just WHO they are freeing....Not only that, maybe they should take a look at how many of those freed are back behind bars for something else.

Criminals, for the most part are predisposed by LOTS of things to be CRIMINALS....once a thug always a THUG.........While this is not always the case, it fits the majority of cases.
