We fished Ceder yesterday (Wednesday) with a zero success rate. Tried crankbaits, spinnerbait and rapalas in the shallows, all with no luck. We even dipped minnows in the tree tops. No fish but a totally beautiful day on the water. There were lots of boats out enjoying the day and those we talked to had the same story 0 fish. Even though we didn't put any fish in the boat it was wonderful to enjoy the day on the water.
