Oh wow, I had been thinking of what the river's been looking like the last few days - been at a pretty decent level. Guess it's gonna get a little swollen toward the end of the week.

Are you talking about the "point" where the rocks jut out right before the river cuts back in toward the interpretive center (will try to link an image here: http://terraserver-usa.com/image.asp...sville%7cky%7c )
It looks pretty pronounced in that image and I think I know what you're talking about.

Looks like it might be a little windy and rainy tomorrow, but I'm going to try to get out real early before the wind picks up later in the morning.

We fished below Markland Dam today . Kept 12 eaters.Lost at least a dozen more that felt like gooduns . released a bunch of cigars. All came out of the mouths of feeder creeks...Used 1/4oz. jigs with minnows.................Norm
