Barren Report?

Anybody have any current fishing reports on Barren? Hybrids/Bass. Looking to hit it this weekend. Thanks in advance.

Sorry, usually someone answers a question about Barren. I was not there last weekend, but plan to be there Friday through Sunday.. Halloween weekend. So
I guess I will ask your question again... Any news on Barren, water temp, deep or shallow, anything? My buddies in a small club are fishing Sunday. I am not in the tournament but will be fishing non boater for fun/safety. Thanks in advance! Hopefully fishing this weekend will be more Treat than Trick!!! Ed

Thinking about maybe hitting it 1 day this week after the front gets out of here.Will try for Hybird/bass.Last yr in Nov i wore them out on a trap up shadow.Need too feel a big fish again been since April since last 5lb plus.But then who's keeping track lol.

Can't wait for a recent Barren River fishing report, it has been a month since the last one. Anybody have any idea when a report might be listed?

Last Nov. we was fishing The fall USABassin tournament when i wore them out Shallow up from state dock just before you get too wallnut.Was using a lipless crank.Was burning it and must fish was on the bank.I'm waiting for the water too drop and no rain but need too find out if they will do this again.My back seats open if you want.

shortfish are shallow
good keepers in numbers are 16 to 20 ft deep in the stumps right now
had our butts handed to us in a tourny sun thats how we know
brush-hawgs in the deep stumps really produced NICE fish 6.67 big fish 5.8 next in line and several fish over 4 pound weighed in few nice ones caaught shallow on shad rap but majorty was deep

That is a lot of water. Were they just up on any banks or a certain type of bank or banks in the creeks?

What repairs are they planning? Are they intending on dropping the lake lower than winter pool for these repairs? Are these repairs of such a nature that if we get a big rain that they would be inclined to let her rip in order to get the lake back down or would they hold it back to reduce downstream flooding?

Sorry so many questions but a duck hunter needs to know this stuff.
