oh spoke with a friend of mine at the C.O.E. he said any day the plan to pull the plug an let the water go to allow repairs on the dam an spillway

What repairs are they planning? Are they intending on dropping the lake lower than winter pool for these repairs? Are these repairs of such a nature that if we get a big rain that they would be inclined to let her rip in order to get the lake back down or would they hold it back to reduce downstream flooding?

Sorry so many questions but a duck hunter needs to know this stuff.
