Did anybody do any good down this weekend?
Chuck and I hit the river Friday. Man was it ever wwwwiiiiiinnnndddyyyyy!!! It was tough to fish anywhere except for one of his spots that was somewhat sheltered from the wind. Chuck had the magic touch and landed two beautiful blues, one about 10lbs and one about 30lbs. The fishing wasnt great but it was still nice to be out on the water with some one that knows the river as much as he does! Luckily it was warm as it was because heading down river and into the wind we got SOAKED. Ive fished the Gulf in flatter water!

Man Chuck I thought about you a couple of times last Friday. They said the peak wind gust in Louisville that day was 41 with bunches of them recorded over 30 miles per hour. Like you guys said at least it was warm outside and I'm glad you boys caught a couple. I'd go with ya this Friday but our boy is getting married Saturday. I'll be in Gatlingburg practicing my best man toast. We had hoped you could make it bro, but we understand.
Se ya soon Mark
