I agree with Elnuts. Fishing, in my opinion, is the best medicine out there -- physically and psychologically.

Some people I know have been catching em shallow 3-4 feet. The last couple of times I've been though I get high pressure and blue bird skies so I have been fishing as deep as 20 feet.
