Thanks for the great comments guys. I am really proud of what the club has done the last few years. We appreciate having an opportunity to represent IU and Indiana on a national level.

Hey everyone. Just to update the Minnow Bucket. IU easily took the victory with 47.4 pounds, Purdue had 23 lbs. IUs biggest sack was 5 fish @ 17.5 lbs with a couple boats having 3 fish sacks that went 9.5 and 7.5 as well. Every IU boat had at least a keeper or two. Fish were caught mainly on crankbaits anywhere from 2-12 feet of water. Mainly fishing laydowns or flooded trees in creeks and creeks mouths all over the lake. Biggest fish came in 8-12 ft of water cranking over treetops. Hope this helps. Monroe is on fire right now.
Agreed....Monroe has been fun!!!! Bass and Stripers have really been eating!
Friday when an IU club guy was prefishing for the tournament, He got in a school of hybrids and caught 17 fish in a row, smallest fish @ 4lbs, catching them on a dropshot haha. He said he had so much fun he didnt want to leave.
Wow....what fun that must have been! What part of the lake???
Congragulations on the win IU team! I'm an alumna who is glad to hear of your great success!
Its always great to see IU alum faithful on here. I just graduated as well so I am an alum too!
Well I'm an alumna from a looooong time ago; however, if I had known there was fishing going on at the lake I would have studied that instead of "partyology". Just curious....has anyone fished the quarries from the rocks? What's in there? I was at one behind the school on 37 one time and there were a bunch of little gills or goldfish -- the water that was very blue and not the deeper, clearer one.
