Barren 11/07 Report

Sounds good. I should be up there probably this Thurs or Fri, maybe both. I'm in an VIP 17.5ft white with blue/black stripe with a black outboard, I'm the big guy on the front. Say hi if you see me and I'll do the same. I'll let ya know how I do. I plan on heading a new direction and going up the river. I did have some good luck right at the mouth of Peter on secondary points. Hopefully it won't be as windy as last Saturday, that was tough. Good luck.

Hey Rich I was down Friday and cought about 40 bass with the biggest being about 4pds and the rest from 12-14" all on shallow crank. Found two schools where if I made the right cast parallel to the bank I would get bit. Saturday sucked with the white caps everywhere. Only managed seven bass with one keeper. I headed home Sunday without fishing because my partner had to get to work, it was probably the best day of the weekend and I missed out.

Really, nice! What part of the lake was this? Any specific type of bank that you found them at the most? Mainlake, primaries, secondaries? Just interested, sounds like you had a killer day on Friday. I haven't caughten 40 bass in one day at Barren ever! Way to go!
