Fished out of Wisdom 6,7 and 8th. 7 SM between 16 to 19 inches and 18 KY's from 12 to 18 iches were boated. All taken on shiners. All SM released without harm. Could not get a jig, spoon or crank bite. The SM seem to be still in 35 to 40 ft of water. Did not see many shad in shallow water in the creeks, but if you did the KY's were on them. Being we had sunny skies, the fish stayed 5 ft off the bottom unitl early and late in the day when they become more shallow and active. I think the water temperature still needs to drop some for the bigger SM to move into the creeks and bays on the shad.
