The river has droppped a foot last couple of days. Got three keeper bass today, biggest about 17". Lots of boats out today. Most were catching bass, lotta complaints no crappie action, but even the crappie fishermen were catching bass. The weather channel was about 50% correct. About as good as dumb luck. They said Sat. was excl. from12:30 to 3, did not get a bite Sat. (however, the wind was ripping Sat and river was still very fast. Has slowed today and winds were calm.
