Had another thought that I wanted to add, because I just don't understand how this will work. OK, we target all muslims, innocent and guilty. What about their young children? Toddlers, infants, teenagers? How do we handle them? And don't we then risk raising a whole new generation of people who will grow up to hate America because we confined their innocent parents?
Really, I am trying to get my head around this.... help me understand.
