I hope this makes you happy! (:
So when are Cold Temperatures and Snow supposed to get here?

Short Answer: December 1st and stay around until at least December 5th.

Expanded Answer:

Siberia has experienced record low temperature for November, 2009. Normally, Siberians are
accustomed to the cold, but they were completely unprepared for temperatures this low and
this early in the season.

How cold has it been? minus 55°F
The hospital in the city of Irkutsk is overwhelmed. In just one week, the cold killed 17 people,
and doctors amputated the limbs of at least 70 patients who suffered severe frostbite. Pausing
for just a short period of time outside could prove extremely dangerous — one man who
stopped to fix his car had to have both his hands and feet amputated because of frostbite.

Starting on or about December 1st, cold air is forecasted to enter the Ohio Valley and push
south to middle Tennessee. The initial blast of cold air will then begin to move back North,
except on December 3rd, a reinforcing blast of cold air is forecast to arrive. If the timing is
right, both Kentucky and Tennessee could receive 5 inches of snow on the evening of
December 4th.
See map attached to this post.

The second cold air blast is forecasted to continue moving south into the southern portions of
Louisiana and Alabama. See map in the 2nd post below.

From December 1st to the 5th, expect high temperatures in the 30's and Lows in the 20's.

We shall see.
