Problems at work the last few days (you lucked out 'cork). Our network completely collapsed 3 times Thursday/Friday and we don't know why. Each time I get the net back up there's about 140 physical and virtual servers to get running again! I've put in about 40 hours the last 4 days. Not whining it's great to have a gig, but it's never good when Sr. VP Corporate types are hanging out with you.

Anyway, I opened a call to Cisco this morning to get some hardware for one of our data center LAN switches and here's the beginning of the email I received:
