Does anyone know what the official stance is on the very small area of the GMR that goes into Indiana? I start out in Ohio and go through Indiana and then back into Ohio as I reach the Ohio River. Is there a reciprocal agreement in this small area or is it a money maker for Indiana? My buddy and I got checked a couple of years ago and was told that we were fishing in Indiana without a license. He said something about a tree on the bank that marks the boundary. There is a pond that connects to the GMR, what is the deal with this place? I would like to know. It makes sense to me that Ohio and Indiana should have an agreement dealing with this small area. I can't get Ohio to respond to my emails. Can someone official straighten me out?

Yeah I would hope that the judge would not let a fine stand with guys telling poeple to look for a tree on the bank. What they should do is have an agreement where both Indiana and Ohio licenses are acceptable. Just for that couple hundred yards of river though.
