I guess "warm all over' ? Kinda like taking the good with the good with the bad. It's fair to object to the bad while accepting the good.

$.05 for candy bar B, Candy Bar A costs $1.05, ergo 1 dollar more with a total cost for 2 of $1.10.

Being able to figure that out after 3 shots of Makers Mark........priceless!

    Re: Is this equation correct?

[QUOTE=bassin_bug;390901]I would like to submit these questions, please.

    (1) A gear traveling at 2200 rpm is 1.75" in diameter and is driven by a gear 3.5" in diameter. What is the speed of the larger gear?

    (2) A gear traveling at a speed of 120 rpm is driven by a gear traveling at 480 rpm. If the smaller gear has 16 teeth, how many will the larger gear have?

    (3) A gear 4 cm in diameter has 24 teeth, and it meshes with a gear having 36 teeth. What is the diameter of the other gear?

    (4) Are you studying plane geometry?

Okay, you have already answered #5 so I removed it from the list.

Here are the answers to the first three questions.

    #1 1100 rpm
    #2 64
    #3 6 cm
