I heard the size limit at Dale is 30" but will be encreased to 36" next year...this is what I heard, don't know how true it is. I didn't realize anyone fished much for Musky at Dale, I figured it was more of a species caught with live bait while fishing for smallmouth.

Hey Chub,right now it is 36 inches and I believe it is being moved up to 50 inches this march.It's funny that you said that because I get some nice smallies trolling for muskies on 10 inch plugs w/ 30# test.....here's another one for you http://i467.photobucket.com/albums/r...dhl-muskie.jpg

Any of you guys interested in those muskys, i have a pair of down riggers for sale, trhey are manual, and in perfect condition. Also check out diving planers, they run from 20 ft to 30 ft, and these float when at rest.You wont get many, but they are big. Numbers, try green river lake.

Gosh! Heck...I didn't know for sure what the present size limit is, all I knew is I heard the size limit was going to be encreased next year...so it is true huh? Man, that's a nice fish you showed us there!!

Link didn't take me to the smallmouth pictures.What 10" plug were you pulling?I don't fish musky but curious about a smallmouth would hit that was that large.
