I was thinking the same thing, come'on Timbo, lol.

In Florida if no specific law ordinance is broken you aren't bound by law to tell them about your domestic squabble where your wife knocked you squarely upside yo head and made big fat knots on it with a golf club, LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oops, I meant to say Florida, not sure where California came from.

By Florida law, all he had to do was show them his license, registration and proof of insurance. He is not obligated to speak with them about this situation. Every news channel in America has stated that he does not have to speak with the policem and his attorney issued a statement saying that he would not be.

I don't know if he is having an affair or not, but I am skeptical since the story was broken by the National Enquirer, not exactly known as a bastion of journalism. Also, let's say Mrs. Tiger was there swinging away with the golf club, what happens then? I mean she would be stupid to do that if she wants to get any of his money. Of course, Tiger has enough money that he could probably pay to have her knocked off and then he doesn't have to worry.

I know it's wrong to believe the first reports about this but these high profile guys have been known to deny these allegations until they can't cover it up with lies anymore. If I were in his shoes I would expect nothing less than allegations tossed at me from every direction...of course a few will stick.
BTW...if Tiger is a swinger why is Mrs Tiger so mad sounds like she is a pretty good swinger herself...LOL.

I saw his vehicle on the news....it looked to me like his Escalade was riding nice on 22's and bolony skins, lol...just like a brother's ride should.

That vehicle sure was messed up for him to have traveled 50 ft. from the driveway at 25 mph and the air bags not deploy. What could have possibly knocked him unconscious?

It is believed that they were arguing about Tiger having an affair with a waitress. I wonder what Mama Tiger would have done to him if she had really been mad. lol
Do we know if the golf club was a mashie?

it is the Law in California...I am not sure any of you are following this.

Jeez, the story of an ALLAGED AFAIR was broken by the National Enquirer...are you people serious?
The National Enquirer has been known as a sleazy tabloid but the news media said there have been many truthful stories broken by them. Several news channels including Fox and CNN have taken this story as legitimate because the mistress was seen at a golfing tournament Tiger was playing in Australia, at the hotel where he was staying, and on the 34th floor of that hotel where the rich and famous stay. The best friend of the mistress gave her up after she denied their friendship and released pictures of the two of them partying together. She also revealed some of the juicy details about "sexting" messages exchanged between Tiger and the mistress.

The mistress has a reputation for dating famous married men and told her friend that it didn't matter if they were married. That sounds to me like she works for Heidi Fleiss. lol

I know that any time I hear a car crash I always take my 4 iron out to the scene with me. Yeah, right.
I wonder why she used the golf club to break out the window and "rescue" him. The door wasn't jammed and all she had to do was open it.

So he got some nice tail and got caught....at least he got the tail, right! J/K!

We may be hearing some new songs like, "Oh, please release me, let me go. That golf club is making lotsa' holes." Or, "I've got a Tiger by the tail, 'round and 'round the tree we go."

Would any man want to talk to the cops or the media and admit that he was beaten up by a beautiful little blonde tiger? lol

Well, it appears Tiger's wife admitted to the police that she hit him at least 6 times with an 8 iron, but she wants them to put her down for a 4.....
