Baits Galore, Fish & More, 406 Main Street, 502-732-7034. I haven't been there in a couple years, but they had minnows, shiners, goldfish, nightcrawlers, whatever you want. They could also hook you up with a rig for snagging paddlefish, a popular way to fish in the area. The next closest place I can think of would be in Owenton.
