How were the prices?

Went to Arnold boats in Louisville Thursday. They have about three tractor trailer loads of misc. surplus boat canvas. About everything from bimini tops to bow covers to full enclosures (all new in boxes). I took my boat up there and was able to piece together a full standup enclosure with sides aft curtain, windshield and full frame. All Sumbrella material. It was not an exact fit, but I have an upholstery shop making a few minor adjustments (adding a 6 inch extension to the side curtains, extending the frame height by about 10 inches and just tighteing everything up).
If anybody needs new canvas you may want to check them out.

So I guess you really don't want anyone to check them out, if you are not willing to share the info on cost, not sure what the secret is --Oh well.
I would not have posted the comment if I di not think the price was worth investigating. I have no interest one way or the other weather someone cheeks them out. I have nothing to gain or loose. Just passing along information. As for cost I sent Donger some detailed information including the name of the fellow doing adjustments. The short response to cost is $500.00 for full standup enclosure and frame for a 17 foot sport fisherman including cost of adjustments.
I really don't care, I just think it's interesting that on a discussion board, you give someone a plug and then do a PM when it comes to cost. I see a lot of PMs as if it's a secret board!
