Is anybody else as amped up as I am about next weekend....I wish I could just leave right now for Dale....will be my first time on Dale and I hope its a successful one...looking forward to some good fishing and meeting some good people

Leaving Jamestown on Monday to get a jump start on the BF. Just hope this recent weather (rain-front-wind-etc) has not confused the BF. Looking forward to FNF, but was down to fishing creek on Lake Cumberland and the water was very...very..BROWN. Not sure the BF could see a jig with that much color in the water. Sure hope that is not the case at Dale. Also, last reports I saw, Dale was turning over on the lower end (dam to first island). Anyone have an update...Don't want to fish that black water!!!!

Dale is turning over from First Island to the Dam. Looked a lot better yesterday than it was Friday so it is getting done pretty quick. With the wind the last couple of days and the colder water temps moving in, it should not take long to get done. North of First Island looks very good

Wish it was today! Paul (brother) and I are really looking forward to it. Maybe Dale will be kinder to us this time around.

Can't wait to meet a few folks and see a few others again that I've met in the past.
