min kota power drive problem

Hope someone can give me some help. My min kota is sick! got a new pedal and cord, so the steering problem I had is solved. But I have lost all the lower settings on the motor, willm only work on high.Is there an internal fix in the motor for this problem?Its a long drive to montecello to the guy who fixes these things, sure hope its not a new unit in my future.

had same problem once had 24v motor and new controlls was only 12v
and would only work on high
might be worth double checking
