I keep seeing post about stoner creek and fryman ramp---where is this located ?????????

It's on a little road in Bourbon county called "Spearsmill road". ...It turns left off winchester road a few miles our of Paris.....a few miles out that road there is a sign on the right "Frymans Boatdock"....It's right beside a church.
