Waveland is the best lake in Indiana
I'd go with Hardy and Indian in the Hoosier National Forest. I'm a redear/bluegill fisherman, with heavy emphasis on the redear. It seems like those two lakes produce really nice redear for me. Glendale was my tops until this year, we went down there in October and I was disappointed with the overall size of the fish this year. I always fish on bottom with two straight lines and one cork over on it's side, using redworms.
I'd like to try Tipasaw in the Forestry and also Buffalo Trace out around Palmyra.
Patoka(Weekdays mostly) since I live between the 164 ramp and the lickFork ramp. Sugar Ridge, love the peace you have there plus great fishing. Indian in the HNF. Conservation club lake I belong to. Helmrick village lakes. Snakey Point. Private ponds. Ferdinand Forest. So much water, so little time.
Used to be Merom Power Plant Lake
Now, that's a sensitive subject, no I did not. I was pretty fired up about that for a while. I never got back out to bow-hunt after that (nor did I really want to, it hurt). Luckily, I had time to think about it at Fort Leonardwood, MO while I was down there for some training as I missed opening wkd of gun season.
I returned to the scene during the following wkd and saw 8 bucks and took down a decent 9 pointer on Saturday evening. It was nothing compared to the one I have been watching on camera for 4 years.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I have my camera's out now, so i'm hoping to run into him. HOPEFULLY he's still alive.
