It is not part of the Wolf River arm. It is not reciprocating water. You can fish from the ramp out about a mile before you cross the TN state line where you will need a TN liscense. It is probably 3/8 of a mile before you leave the no wake bouys so that leaves you about 5/8 of a mile to fish after that. Sulfur Creek, the next creek to the east of Hendricks with a ramp is the same except you actually have about 5 miles to fish before crossing the state line. Reciprocating water is the Wolf River from the East to Lillydale, where the Obey and Wolf Rivers meet. Illwill Creek is the major creek arm in reciprocating waters with a ramp, Wisdom Boat Dock, and a lot of water to fish as well before it dumps into the Wolf
