I kinda didnt think you were around very close or was creek fishin to have water in the 30s. I probally wont see 50 for a while now myself. I will keep trying until probally 44, maybe 42 if im bored to death.

I personally slow WAY down and go deep....its nothing to be fishing 30-40' this time of year where i may only fish 20' the rest of the year....downsizing doesnt seem to be as important to me but it may help when the bite gets tough....sometimes ill fish the steeper banks but if i can find a bit of cover out that deep it will always seem to hold fish....all depends on what kind of lake youre fishing

I didnt have a way to read it, I didnt bother taking the depth finder because I know this lake good enough. but it was low 40s last week, and today after a foot of snow melted into it I'd say upper 30s. Most of my fish came from one deep spot. They were nothing to brag about, all small.
