I respect your view on what you like to do, its something you enjoy and are willing to spend your liesutre time doing.BUT I( have a hard spot in my heart for scuba divers. Many years ago, while I was in the service, the state of indiana sand mined my favorite lake for a toll way[this improved fishing]the access road for the trucks was built, and a lot of sand was taken, this lake was in close proximity to lake michigan. The lake was left to fill up, the road remained, a fish highway to shallow water, and great fishing if you could find it, and knew where it was. Well, they left behind two junk vechicles, on a steep drop off, a perfect man made reef. For several years I fished that spot, caught a lot of fish, even won a fishing contest. Well I told a friend, and he promised to keep it hush hush, he didn't. Another of his friends worked for the city rescue squad, they had a ball dismantling the wrecksm good scuba training on vechicle recovery. The friend i told this to, was a city policemen, who had frioends on the fire department. It was still a fair spot, but the main attrtaction was gone.I found this by trial and error and a good sounder. I also learned a lesson, a secret spot is not a secret when you tell someone about it.
