    Had the same problem. It was a leaking open/close valve from livewell.

    Check all the aerator and bildge pumps if they are plasctic. I bought a used 06 Ranger that the previous owner let sit outside during winter uncovered, it filled up with water and cracked the housing on these pumps allowing them to leak the following spring when I owned it. I replaced the pumps and it is dry as a bone.

    Also check where the hole is drilled at the top of the livewell for the sprayer hose to enter. Sometimes the hole around the hose is too large allowing water to escape into the hull when you take-off, if your livewell is full.
