I respectfully disagree with your decision to imposed this rule against members having fun with the names of politicians. It's just a form of harmless comedic relief. Nobody, that I can remember, has ever used curse words or vulgarity in the names they used and there have been no shootouts or knuckle bumps because of it.
All is fair in love and war. If the politicians are elected by the taxpayers, paid by the taxpayers, receive healthcare paid for by the taxpayers, live in lavish homes and take vacations paid by the taxpayers, take bribes under the table, take money from lobbyists, vote themselves raises while the rest of the country is struggling to survive, pass legislation that gives them tax breaks while the low/average income worker is drowning in taxes, and empties the Social Security fund to pay for a war in a country that was no threat to America (remember my brother was killed in that war), I think it is only fair that we get something in return for our money. If calling politicians names that you don't particularly like is all we get in return, take the bridle off and let the horses run. We deserve to call them whatever we want and they deserve to be called those names as long as we keep it clean. We do not respect crooked politicians and requiring us to call them politically correct names is only putting lipstick on a pig.
Please rescind your rule and let us have a good tobacco spitting contest at the politicians. Even European leaders call Obama "all suit and no tie," shallow, lacking common sense, self-worshiping, no leader, thinks he's the Messiah, and narcissistic.
Thanks for reconsidering this rule.
