cant argue much with that, Wall is, from what ive seen, the one that keeps things rolling for the cats. its like night and day when hes on the bench. hate to think what might happen if he gets hurt. Bledsoe will be great later, but we need Wall for the team to be successful now.

    Re: UK vs. UL

Cousins can't go out 4 minutes into the first half with 2 fouls.

Kentucky will be fired up, just like they were for UNC and UCONN...and will handle the Cards. It may be close, it may be a comback game, who knows when emotion is involved on both sides of the ball...but Kentucky will be ready. I'm not horribly concerned when this team gets behind a bit. As long as they can ride the storm out, I think we can wear just about anyone down. I'm starting to rid myself of the "chicken little" attitude that the past 10 years have brought me and get a little "swagga" back...we can ball...bring on anybody and as long as the mind is in it, we have the weapons now to hang and conquer.

What I'm worried about are the "low key" games like South Carolina or Ole Miss where Kentucky will get caught sleeping...and they will get caught sleeping at some point.

    Re: UK vs. UL

I think UK wins by 12 or more, but expect the game to be close most of the way. The one thing that has proven to be true most years, is that this game is unpredictable. UK has won and U of L went on to win it all and U of L has won and UK went on to win it all, so it really shows how tough this game is to predict. All that being said, I will go with the team with the most talent, which this year happens to be the Cats. I expect that Louisville will keep it close most of the game, but the Cats depth in the frontcourt becomes too much to handle as the game goes by.

I'm sorry to say this and it hurts me deeply, but it's gonna be blowout city. Louisville has no answer for their inside play. Sissy Samuels will fold like a cheap lawn chair.
If the Louisville guards can defend like their shorts are on fire for 40 and Jerry Smith can get his head out of his ass it might be a 8 to 10 point win for the Cats, if not Louisville gets sent home in a aweful heap with their tails between their legs.

Sorry guys I love basketball and I call'em like I see'em my team or not. Kentucky has too many weapons and Louisville is not playing well at all in my humble opinion.

I will add though that Tim is right this game can be bigtime unpredictable, I mean John Wall could be kidnapped by Gypsy's or something if that happens The Ville might have a glimmer of hope.

i hope you all are right as far as UK winning by a big number, nothing would be better than winning by 20 or more. that said, i honestly dont think its gonna be a blowout but im confident UK will be on top at the final buzzer. just something about this game that makes the underdog play better than what they are. wasnt it last year that a great UL team won on a last second shot against a UK team that pretty much sucked?

As much as it hurts me to say this, UK by 25. They embarrass UofL and it isn't a game.

But I think UK gets beat first or second round of the NCAA tourny.
