I think you are wrong about ghosts being in peoples imagination. I just added the Again part. Because everybody has been wrong at some time or another. Tell me , Have you ever been wrong?

Thanks for the explanation Rocky, but I think you misread what I wrote, I said: "I DO NOT believe that ALL OF THEM are JUST a product of our imaginations." (I emphasised the DO NO and the JUST, just now) In other words, since I do not believe they are a product of our imaginations, I do believe in them.

I don't know why but since my early teens I have believed in ghosts, spirits, the paranmormal, and things that go bump in the night. And since I have always believed in them, I think that is part of the reason why I have seen one ghost FOR REAL and had the "ominous feeling" that spririts were present on at least five other occasions on military battlefields (three times on Okinawa, once in Viet Nam and most recently at Gettysburg).

And yes, I have been wrong before. I remember once back in 1963, I thought I was wrong about something--BUT I WASN'T.
