    yes that fish was by far the worst i have ever seen it was near accordian,
    my last 2 days out here have sure been lacking an conditions as u can see were near perfect, I know they are pulling the lake hard.

    That first pic is exactly a perfect DH Day, but sometimes even on those days it's tuff on the Holler.
    I assume you are talking about the fish I caught in "88" (the one in my avatar pic). I don't know of one although I have heard of some around the same weight being caught. I also was lucky enough to catch a good one this past spring, it weighed 7lb 2oz. Here is a pic.

    Phoenix, would be willing to take a short fat old man from Illinois fishing for them toads? Every time you post I look at that avatar and slobber on myself. I love them smallmouth but don't have much of a track record just yet but still trying. That new one is killin me...great job to both of ya....

    I may try to get down there mid to late next week. Looks like the temps are gonna be below freezing til about late next week, may try to look ya up then.

    I have just been very lucky to catch those good fish. I have spent countless hours trying to catch those "Brown Fish" . There are a lot better fishermen than me on Dale right now and I don't try as hard as I used to either. Put in the time and keep ya line wet, ya never know what the next bite will be on the Holler!
