Strader's essentially filing a CIVIL suit because they stopped supporting his expo and started a competing radio show. I don't think that's grounds for a civil suit and will just waste tax dollars.
A criminal case doesn't help Strader recoupe losses.......if they in fact EXIST.

It looks like the KDFWR violated lots of laws, deliberately shut him out and BOASTED about trying to put him out of business......those are all CIVIL issues as well as criminal...
