    I'm not a mechanic but I thought all new props had a rubber hub that will slip. When my 15hp hit a rock it spun the hub. Been around alot of large outboards and if you don't run a stainless your gonna lose bite fairly quickly. I wouldn't shy away from a stainless prop for any reason except for cost. JMHO....

    I agree with KyDonKy...Michigan wheel was were I purchased my last prop. Good service and prompt delivery. Good luck!
