Yes I watched it and I agree, can't help but like him. Seems like he is very sincere and honest. Go Big Blue... I even liked what Wall said about he might not leave this year if KY does not win the NCAA tourney. But I would have to say that word MIGHT is a big word. We could only hope he would stay another year, doesn't seem to likely to me though.

You guys wanna buy some swamp land in Oldham county cheap, lol. Don't be pulled in by that slick Italian moffia boss. BTW I feel the same way about Pitino.

I can't even say Calipari.......................and Like in the same sentence, lol.

It's kinda strange....I didn't like him when he coached UMASS....he was the enemy! LOL. He seemed cocky, unproven, greasy guido looking and all that. When he went pro I thought yep just another coach following the money even though it hardly ever works.
So he shows up at Memphis after a less than stellar NBA career and bam the program is becoming someone. Kids are graduating the school is mentioned in the big dance and so on.
Now here he is at KY and he is great at selling his agenda of these kids are his family. They come over to eat, his wife bakes brownies for the players and he wants them to succeed. I know he is selling himself and is comfortable in front of the camera....I like that it's a much needed change.
I'm kinda partial now since his son is in a few classes with my daughter...I told her to make sure we get invited over once in a while for the pool parties!

Yea I was just having a little fun with you boys. He does have some good qualities I suppose, I just hope they are real and not part of the script. Time will tell and if he takes UK to infinity and beyond with kids graduating, staying out of trouble, does good for the community of Lexington and so on, then I'll be the first one to say I was wrong and he's a great guy. I'm just not there yet. Didn't mean to highjack your thread Don, just messing with you fellas, heck I think I made Jimbo mad and he took his ball and went home, lol. He and I road the school bus together from Grade School on so figured I better Rib him a little.
