    Re: Bitter cold

Winter is winter...I don't care all that much for it to begin with, I expect a few "dold days". But when they're tellin' me we're not going to see temperatures above 32 degree's for any longer than 4 days in a row...well then, winter is....down right ridiculous! And now they're talkin' for a couple of weeks straight of high's below freezing? Good lord man!! I bet our Canadian friend Gills is wondering what all the fuss is about, lol...

Just got back from wetting or icing a line! Took no bites and it felt good for the first 30 minutes or so but after that I started thinking of the warm house and food and football......so I held out for another hour and came home. Man it was cold!!!

    Sunday morning at my house.

6 degrees, I have no idea what the wind chill was and don't care.
I'm with Tim, I'm waiting to see Artic Foxes amd Polar Bears any day.

    They can have this nonsense.

I start my winter bass fishing classes this morning...have over 50 classes to teach between this month and last week of next month. There is a reason I am inside teaching classes and not guiding in the winter months..I am reminded every time I open the front door...LOL.

On his private jet flying to Florida to take a 3 month cruise. Will stop in Africa to save the Wild Donkeys and to crush the Elephants (hehe). Then off to Copenhagen to take pics of where the Global Warming Summit was.
Prolly stop in the United Kingdon to teach the researchers at the Climate Research Unit how to use the innanet (since they allowed hackers to expose the truth) that he created and then...whew...he will be tired....Get on his private jet to fly home. Then it's time to get in his parade of limo's and canvas the country side telling us how bad we are for not being green like him and cutting back on using fuel.
Or something like that? I could be wrong.
